Refund policy

At Funky Pins, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item for any reason, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@funkypins.co.nz with your order number and reason for return. We will then provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7 days.
